History
Colton Brown Bio
Colton Brown is a two-time Olympian and a 5th degree black belt in the sport of judo. Cpolton competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, in the men's 90 kg division. He stated that the Olympic selection was a "dream come true" and that "It felt as though a lifetime of work was finally paying off." He competed again at the 2020 Summer Olympics, where he was the only American man in the judo competitions. Shortly after competing in the 2020 Summer Games, Colton discovered his passion for coaching. He began giving private and group lessons to people of all ages and skillsets. He quickly realized that helping his students achieve a goal provided him with even more joy than when he won an important title himself. He is now one of the coaches of the United States National Judo Team and owner of Colton Brown Training Center in Warren, New Jersey.
