Hokushin Judo Begins!

Wow!!! Thank you to everyone who came to support the new club. Also, a huge thank you to Tahir, owner of Six Blades Jiu Jitsu/New Wave Jiu Jitsu for allowing me to partner with him to make this possible.

I could not have asked for a better way to have our first practice at Hokushin Judo. We had a mixture of new people, friends and friends I have not seen in a while to make this a fun class. We had the chance to stretch, do drills, work with each other on techniques, do ne-waza and then do stand-up fighting. Basically, have a good time doing this sport we emjoy so much.

Thank you once again and I look forward to seeing other friends and judokas come over to workout.
